The 欧美视频 (UCM) OVATION Performance Series presents classical
pianist Clara Christian for the first concert of the Spring 2025 season.

OVATION is a curated selection of world-class dancers, musicians and theater performers
who bring exceptional, high-energy artistry to West Central Missouri. Christian will
perform works by Mozart, Scriabin and Ravel at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 30 in Hart Recital
Hall in the Utt Building.
Christian has performed as a solo artist and an ensemble pianist for the clarinet-saxophone-piano
ensemble Fuse Trio on stages throughout North America, as well as in St. Petersburg,
Russia, and Strasbourg, France. She holds degrees from Wheaton College, the Peabody
Institute of Johns Hopkins University and the Northwestern University Bienen School
of Music. Christian serves on the College of the Ozarks faculty in Point Lookout,
Missouri, where her students have frequently been recognized with awards at state
and national competitions.
This concert is made possible by support from the Missouri Arts Council and the UCM
College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. Admission is free and no tickets are required.
