Student Service Request
The Online Reporting Form should be used to report Maintenance or Custodial issues with your Residence Hall Room or Apartment that are of a non-emergency nature. In case of an EMERGENCY, call Facilities Planning & Operations (FPO) at 660.543.4331 during Support Hours (Mon.-Fri. 7am - 4:30pm). After FPO Support Hours, call Public Safety at 660.543.4123.
