Dr. Nick Marchello is a Registered Dietitian and Assistant Professor who is joining UCM in the Fall of 2021. A recent graduate of the University of Kansas Medical Center doctoral program in medical nutrition science, Nick has several years of acute inpatient and outpatient care, and experience teaching students from undergraduates to doctoral candidates. Dr. Marchello's research interests include nutrition literacy levels across multiple populations, nutrition messaging, weight loss/maintenance, and interprofessional education development.
