These reports highlight UCM graduates six months after graduation on their First Destination Success (FDS). To be accepted into this program, a student must have a minimum GPA of 2.60 in his or her undergraduate major. A student not meeting this requirement may petition the department for admittance on a conditional basis. GRE or GMAT scores are not required. Applicants must submit a "Career Goal Statement" and resume including three contact references. This program also facilitates articulation to a Ph.D. in Technology Management program.
In addition, our graduate program offers a Lean Six Sigma graduate certificate and a Networking Security graduate certificate which can be counted as cognate studies toward this M.S. in Industrial Management.

The Master of Science in Industrial Management program is designed to prepare professional managers who possess skills and knowledge acquired through education and on-site experience necessary to manage manufacturing processes including bid preparation, project acquisition, project management, quality, safety, and supervision of the industrial enterprise.
